When I press Ctrl-F (the Find key) I get a similar "ACK" symbol. The only answer I've found on the web has to do with changing your shortcut key mappings; however my shortcut key mappings have NOT CHANGED at all, they are still set as they should be, with Ctrl-S mapping to "Save" and Ctrl-F mapping to "Find..".
Also, include as much information about your computer as possible, including the specs of your hardware, and/or the full make and model of your computer. If I right-click and click copy, that works, but not the shortcut. I've had Word 2013, 2011, and 2010, and this never happened. My Operating System is Windows 10 Version 10586.11, Word 2016 version 16.0.6001.1038.
